Please arrive for the first practice by 4:45.  Practice will start promptly at 5:00pm.  Please come even if your paperwork is not submitted yet.  Dress appropriately for the weather.  If you have rugby shorts, please wear them on top of any sweatpants or leggings.  Do not wear knit gloves.  You cannot participate while wearing a coat or heavy jacket.  Also, if you have a jersey from last year, please bring it to the first practice.
