Register for Conestoga Rugby

General Requirements

Conestoga Rugby Club requires that all players have their forms, paperwork, and dues into the club prior to participating in any practice or game.  Players can attend practices and observe the action prior to being "cleared to play," but you're encouraged to get the paperwork completed as soon as possible to avoid any delay in being able to practice.

Also, please do not register your players on the RugbyPA site...this does not have any relevance to our club.  Please ONLY register here!

New Fundraising Option for 2020!

Every year, the Conestoga Rugby Club sells Vendor cards as part of our main fundraising effort.  The players are given 10 cards to sell at $15 a piece (for a total of $150).  This year we are offering the opportunity to pay for your cards upfront at the time of registration for $125 (a discount of $25).  The players will still sell their 10 cards at $15 each, but all the proceeds, including the extra $25 will go back to you.  Should you choose to not participate in the discount option, the players will still sell their 10 cards at $15 each, but with all proceeds coming back to the club instead ($150).  Our goal with this option is to increase our participation level in this most important of our fundraising activities so that we can continue to fund our growing club and provide the best possible experience for our players and families!

Registration Process

CONESTOGA HIGH School team Requirements:

High School Students Only (Middle School Students only need to complete the Rugby Club Requirement Section below). For 2020, the Athletic Office at Conestoga will be handling all of the school-required forms directly for high school students.  Those forms can be downloaded from the T/E School district website or picked up in the Athletic Office. Please do not download from the PIAA Website for they do not include the 3 additional forms that are required by the school.  All forms must be reviewed by the Athletic Office.

Student/athletes that intend to participate in the Spring 2020 Rugby season can begin submitting the PIAA paperwork directly to the office personnel beginning Thursday, January 2, 2020, for review. Do not drop them off or mail them.  Students are responsible for delivering the forms in person directly to the Athletic office for review and approval. Once the PIAA forms are cleared AND the club requirements have been met, is a player then eligible for participation.

The following is only for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who are not enrolled in a P/E class. Please complete the Extended Experience (EEPE) form and submit through Schoology by January 31, 2020. You can access the form by clicking HERE.

For the boys:  We are not collecting the 9th graders paperwork unless they are playing on the recognized team that Conestoga sponsors.

For the Girls: All 9th grade girls will be playing on the high school team along with the 10-12th graders.
